This Shipping Policy explains how Shoptuus ships orders, when shipping is free, and typical delivery timeframes. Rates shown at checkout always control if they differ from this page.
Free shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $20.00 USD or more (before taxes and discounts, as calculated at checkout) qualify for free insured & tracked shipping to all destinations we ship to.
Orders under $20.00 USD ship for a flat rate of $5.00 USD (insured & tracked).
Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after your order ships (business days; weekends and holidays excluded). Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
- United States: typically 3–7 business days in transit
- Tier 2 destinations (including Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries we serve, Australia, and similar markets): typically 7–18 business days in transit
- Rest of world: typically 14–20 business days in transit
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, remote addresses, and peak seasons can extend delivery.
Tracking & insurance
Eligible rates are labeled Insured & Tracked Shipping. Tracking details are emailed when available after your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries and regions enabled in our shipping settings. If a destination is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.
Order changes & address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before the order ships.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
